Charlotte is one of the most charming individuals you could wish to meet. Her direct approach to training is refreshing and her expertise is second to none. She is always helpful and able to raise a smile in any situation. I have enjoyed a professional relationship with Charlotte for the past 3 years, which has grown to become friendship based on mutual trust and respect.

Jooli Atkins Interim Business Change Consultant

I enjoyed my time working alongside Charlotte enormously. As a group (working on the CLP and later to become directors) we were brought together for a common purpose but knowing nothing about each others strengths and weaknesses. Charlotte took up the challenge of 'herding cats' and undertook the task with relish and total commitment. Charlotte has the unique ability to ensure that all parties rally around to solve the challenges facing the group, Charlotte is a natural leader, a funny lady and one I am proud to call a friend. I highly recommend Charlotte and look forward to the day we can work on a project together again

I enjoyed Charlotte's delivery manner, and appreciated the fact that she made time to address individual needs on the course. I would recommend this course to anyone."

"Charlotte delivered a course to a selected group of candidates within the Frankly Recruitment offices. This is a new idea to support the community of candidates that find themselves back in the job market after many years of employment.
Initially the subject of interviews and job hunting was a very negative one for the group but by the end of the session they were upbeat, positive and energised with some practical tips and ideas that they could deliver.
Having canvassed the feedback of the group since it seems that Charlotte found creative ways to add value to this group of people.
I fully intend to run further groups with Charlotte as it was certainly a benefit to the candidates and our business.

Amanda Franks Frankly Recruitment, Swindon

I found Charlotte to be excellent. She obviously knew her subject well but better still was able to apply and adapt that knowledge to answer the questions/issues raised by individuals. No question felt “silly”, and as someone who feels timid(!) about feeding into group discussions, I feel enabled to do so without feeling my thoughts were “stupid”. Charlotte kept the course running smoothly and to time, without anyone feeling short-changed or rushed.

Anita Baldick Manager, New College

Excellent service from Charlotte to design and deliver competence interviewing skill training. She was a delight to work with. She quickly understood our strategic objectives and worked with us as a critical team member. Always professional but with a great personality that kept things energised and light. I wouldn't hesitate hiring Charlotte again.

Paul Erricker Association of Project Management

We engaged Charlotte to train our customer service team so that they could help service our customers and improve their experience at Make it Cheaper. We were delighted with the course and outcome. I would definitely recommend Charlotte as she is extremely flexible, she doesn't do death by PowerPoint,, all her training is hands on and interactive and it helps engage the delegates for a better result. Since Charlotte finished her training, we have put more call structures in place; we have understood our customers’ needs better and how to deal with their enquiries in a more professional and efficient way. To add to that our NPS scores are increasing therefore more customers are recommending our service. Thanks Charlotte, looking forward to future work together.

It was a pleasure to work with Charlotte on the development of the TrainerBase professional standards and Certified Learning Practitioner accreditation. Charlotte's humour, incisiveness and experience were enormously valuable in enabling the group to achieve its goals.

Having seen Charlotte delivering training, I know that she is a highly skilled facilitator with an imaginative and knowledgeable approach that really brings learning alive.

Steve Rouse Training Design Consultant at BUPA

Charlotte gave a wonderful presentation on 'The Art of the Perfect Presentation' without resorting to PowerPoint but used simple visual aids to inform by the power of three. A twenty minute presentation enticed us to look further at improving presentation skills. I would definitely recommend Charlotte as someone who can improve one's presentation skills.

I've worked with Charlotte on two projects, with very different clients and in different approaches.
She is great to work with combining total reliability with a fantastic balance of her own expertise and a focus on my customer. We will be working together again, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Charlotte to other people.

Russ Slater independent consultant and management author

Charlotte spoke recently at the Swindon Be Your Own Boss Club, staged at the Menzies Hotel with the topic: The importance of good grammar in business. I specifically put Charlotte last on the agenda so that the audience would be roused, entertained and go away with plenty of “food for thought”! We weren’t disappointed. Charlotte’s use of presentation materials, interactive measures with the audience, specific examples given, and last, but not least, humour (!) were great. The use of correct grammar and English are essential in the modern working world. And, more often than not, sorely missing in the workforce of today. I would recommend Charlotte to deliver a one day [or longer] communication training course. Which would also serve as a team building exercise.
